It is really nice. I wish they had spoons though because it takes forever to get all the rice with a fork and eventually I had to just pick it up with my fingers. Also, it was not clear what were the drinks in the ice next to the register because they were covered in ice. Some of them were unlabeled, just in the clear cups they have for the refresher drinks.

I placed my order over an hour and a half before this location closed. When we got there to pick up our order they informed us they were cancelling it because they didn’t have the items to fill the order. They had canceled it because they did not want to make the missing items that they did not have on hand, on top of that there were at best three entrees on the line available for customers. Extremely disappointed by the customer service from the team and manager that I spoke with. They also stated they were not closing early tonight

the white lady with tattoo in her arm a bamboo or whatever in her arm, having attitude for no reason. i was the first in line and shes getting irritated getting my order for no reason. served my food last out of 5 customer even i ordered ahead of them. and saw her smiling at her other crew member. put a small portion amount of food on my large order. some people just hate for no reason hope she have a day she deserve! 💁🏻‍♀️💁🏻‍♀️

I’ve given this location multiple chances because I work nearby, but this will definitely be my last time ordering from them. I ordered a plate today, and the portion sizes were extremely small—especially the beef, which only had about 4-5 tiny pieces (you can literally count them in the photo). What makes it even worse is that the restaurant wasn’t even busy when I went in, so there’s really no excuse for the rushed service or lack of care. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this location either. The quality, portions, and service have consistently been disappointing. I
