I visited Flower Child expecting a healthy and balanced meal. The food looked beautiful very colorful and fresh, which I really liked. Overall, the taste was good. 🧂 🧂 🧂 However, most of the dishes were too salty for me((The only item that didn’t have this issue was the salmon which was actually very well prepared. If you have high blood pressure or prefer low-sodium meals, this might not be the best place to choose. On the positive side, the manager gave a very warm welcome, and the staff were friendly and kind, which made the experience more pleasant.

This is a very cute restaurant in Old Town Spring. They accomodated our group of 6. There is also a small outside patio. The service was really good and the food came out quickly. I had a garden veggie sandwich with fruit. It was great and I added sauerkraut. They have a large dessert and ice cream bar. I highly recommend it.

Flower Child never disappoints, regardless of the city I'm in. They use quality ingredients and seasonings. The food is always healthy and delicious. The shrimp is plump, the mashed potatoes are buttery, and the roasted broccoli is fresh with a little bite to it. Everyone is very kind, respectful, and helpful. When you don't know what you want to eat, you can always find something delicious at Flower Child 😋.

Tried Flower Child for the first time! Got their French Onion dip wrap and their sweet potatoe fries. The sweet potatoe fries were VERY delicious but I didn't enjoy the wrap. They had such a good portion size! Staff were all incredibly friendly and I tried their mango green tea and rose lemonade. Both great as well.
