Went tonight at 9:11 pm on June 26th. Lobby was closed an hour ahead of schedule. Ordered my meal ahead of time. They only had one of my 4 items available at pickup. No biscuits No thighs. They put a bo-berry in the bag that was knock on a door hard. Said no management was available. Hopefully they reach out to make this right. What a shame it's gotten this bad

Uses AI for the drive-thru ordering system. -1 Star. My partner made a lighthearted joke that employees at other places have laughed at before, using their AI. Because we don’t wanna talk to a robot who will mess up our order anyway. The response we got was, "If you break our AI, it's a $30k fine." It came across as unnecessarily rude and made us feel unwelcome. I understand everyone has bad days, but customers shouldn't feel like they're being snapped at over a harmless joke. Rude lady. Left promptly.

Ordered my food no problem. Came to the drive thru window, no greeting just hands me drinks. I ask for lemons and he replies with “we don’t have any, they aren’t cheap.” Whatever that was fine I guess then I get handed my food and say thank you and no reply, no “have a good day” or anything. I look In my bag and there’s no straws or napkins, and my bo berry biscuit has no icing on it. Maybe try to do the bare minimum or hire someone that actually wants to be there. I’ve worked fast food and I actually cared about presentation, it’s clear they don’t care here

Came to pickup an online order around noon. The lobby was closed. When I called to ask about my order I was told I would have to get door dash to come get it. That was the option. No offer to come through drive thru or even refund the order I had placed. This is the second incident involving this location in the past week. The food quality as well as the customer service has drastically declined over the past 2-4 months. I will not be returning and I would advise everyone to find their chicken fix elsewhere
