Been here many time and everything was fine. This is what I got tonight. Went in and this is what they gave me and acted like it was no big thing that it wasn't there. That's what I pay for that's what the picture shows on the drive thru menu board. What I pay for is what I expect no more no less. Yes it is just lettuce but that's not what it about would u like to work more and them pay you less because you can't do a simple task. Then act like the customer is the problem.

Love Chicken Salad Chick! Don’t forget your points - that the one downside - more often than not they forget to ask about it. The grape salad is always fantastic and I’ve never had a bad chicken salad.

I love CSC— this location has gone down in their customer service. The service is SLOW, I’m talking waiting almost 15 minutes in a drive through for food that doesn’t have to be cooked!? The other day they had a sign on the drive through saying come in side and order — the people working in there have no sense of urgency in a lobby with 10 people waiting to order.
