Hello, just left store # 352953 in Oakridge TN. Another terrible experience name. After sending one of three drinks to be fixed 3 times, still was given an attitude to correct it . Next two drinks come up neither got caramel or whip cream,that we paid extra for, another attitude when we asked them to correct it. The entire time the employee had an attitude towards us, the other employee Kendall, was “cooking” slamming things and saying terrible things to her co worker about every costumer (which all of us in the lobby could clearly hear). Asked for sweet cream cold brews through drive through one with pumps of flavor; was given cold brews with cream and liquid cane sugar(not asked for). Pulled around to have the order fixed; the lady pours some out and put whipped cream on the drinks. So, still not what we asked for and purchased.

My Mom has been sometimes coming to this local Dunkin doughnuts. Every other time she comes here they seem to be out of doughnuts and sometimes even after 2 pm in the afternoon they are out of doughnuts. Today (02/06/2026) we came to get two bacon and egg croissants and they gave us bacon and egg bagel sandwiches. There is a doughnut palace in Oak Ridge that is really good, y’all.

Maybe I'm confused, but shouldn't a donut shop have donuts? Everytime in go into the Oak Ridge location they're out of donuts. They say they don't make more once they sale out. So they only sale drinks after that time. They're open until 9, wouldn't that leave time to make atleast a few to sale. Maybe you might like to have some to take home after work or to eat with your coffee! Makes no sense to me. I don't think I'll waste my time anymore on the place. 😒
