Ordered a pizza at 6:10 p.m. was supposed to be ready at 6:31 p.m. (per the app) - arrived at the store at 6:30 p.m. Go in to pay and the order wasn’t ready, nor had it even been started. After waiting almost 40 minutes - finally received our 3 pizzas. A simple request was made for a discount to added for waiting SO LONG. Was that request granted? Nope. Only met with attitude, like somehow the order not being processed was our fault.

This place would be 5 stars easy if the woman that is tweaking so bad wasn't there in the afternoon! She is so creepy, and yells at empty waiting rooms, makes no sense, and if you check on your order she acts legitimately scared and RUNS AWAY! I saw her the other day dumping sauce onto a flat pizza box and drawing/playing in it with bread sticks, totally in another world while timers went off. If I'm eating between like noon and 7pm, I'll just go somewhere else. Otherwise, great food and service!!

I wanna send a BIG THANK YOU to Chris that works here at the Oak Ridge Pizza Hut. I came out & had a dead battery, I went inside to let them know & without hesitation he came out & jumped my truck.
