I had a great experience at Chick-fil-A. The service was incredibly fast and friendly. They accidentally brought me a salad with pork, and my husband is allergic—but the staff handled it immediately and professionally. They brought us a fresh replacement to our table within minutes, no hassle at all. Really impressed with how attentive and efficient the team was. Excellent customer service! Highly recommend.

I told the kids 3 times please do not make spicy, no lettuce and no tomatoes and no pickles me and my wife we’re allergic. They gave the wrong order twice. Again spicy. They don’t listen they don’t care if we’re allergic and they took too much time to make the second wrong order…come on I need to deal with my wife hungry pregnant and frustrated

I don’t get why everyone goes here and why it’s always so crowded. Honestly, the burger is okay. Their “special” sauce is very sweet with a smoky smell, but it’s nothing I’d obsess over... The portions are the same as at BurgerFi, so I don’t really understand the hype.

Stopped by for lunch with my children this afternoon. My waffle fries came out cold. I took them back up to the register and asked one of the shift leads for a replacement. She had the nastiest attitude. I was very pleasant with her. I asked her did I offend her she said no, I asked then what was the attitude for. You would have thought I kicked her dog or something. I asked for a manager and when he (Ethan) came over he basically DIMISSED her behavior. Wow, didn't think this was the chik fil a way. Thanks alot lunch with a side of tude. Won't be back.
