To start our server Daniel was amazing. He knew the menu very well and was on point with the service throughout our entire meal. To start we had the Lobster Escargot and the Arugula Salad. Both were amazing and lots of flavor. For the main course I had the 16oz Ribeye and my partner had the New York strip. The steaks were amazing and paired very well with the garlic butter compliment. We also ordered a side of risotto and Brussels sprouts that were very good. Overall a great place for a more high end steakhouse dining experience.

I've been going to Mark's for 4 years and I've always had a consistently wonderful experience from the approachable yet cultivated atmosphere to the absolutely dialed in high-caliber service. I have never regretted a single course or beverage I ordered here. I love Mark's for special occasions or even date night. It's worth the indulgence and expense. In all of Ocala, I would choose Mark's as best overall.

Anniversary dinner tonight was fabulous! My wife had the filet mignon and Parmesan risotto while I had the filet and jalapeno au gratin potatoes. For our appetizer we chose the chateaubriand carpaccio. Everything was delicious, and the service was quick, even with a pretty full house. We had decided not to get dessert, but management gave us a free chocolate paradise to celebrate our anniversary. I highly recommend Marks Prime and I look forward to coming back again.

Went to Mark’s Prime for a special-occasion dinner and it felt like a real steakhouse experience from start to finish—dim lighting, white-tablecloth vibe, and service that actually pays attention. The steak was the star: great sear, cooked exactly how I asked, and brought out sizzling. Sides were rich and shareable, and the wine list had plenty of good options. It’s definitely a splurge, but if you want a classic “dress up and treat yourself” night, this place delivers.
