Young lady at the walk up window was not welcoming. Didn’t say “hello” or “good morning “ … opened the window and said “you ready”. After observing her taking other people’s orders, realized she was very rude. Customer service is very important especially early in the morning at Starbucks…

This Starbucks does not play! The young man and young lady that were taking orders around 12:30PM today were just amazing. They simply took my order and delivered my request right to the drive-through window. I’m not trying to talk smack on other Starbucks, but honestly, it’s not very common for me to get exactly what I request. Thank you, Oceanside Starbucks 🔥❤️

The cashier said they have a new policy that they aren’t allowed to refill your own travel mug if there is any residue from your last coffee in it. So he had to pour my coffee in a paper cup, stand there and watch me dump it into my cup I brought, and throw the cup he just wasted in the trash. I know Starbucks is kinda known for having silly corporate policies, but forcing your employees to give your customers bad service, and also forcing them to be wasteful and create unnecessary extra trash for the landfill doesn’t exactly seem on-brand. They also didn’t have Pikes Place, their flagship
