I think I’ve eaten at lucky slice now probably 100 times. I’ve brought all my friends and family here. The result is always the same, best pizza in Utah. We liked the pizza a lot! This is a place I’ve heard quite a bit about and has plenty of hype surrounding it. I don’t think it lives up to the “best pizza in Utah” reputation but I do think it’s a great pizza. I’d go back if I was in Ogden again. This used to be one of my favorite pizza spots, but my recent experience was really disappointing. I was told my order would be ready in about 40 minutes, but when we arrived, they said another 15–20 minutes. In total, we ended up waiting over an hour and 15 minutes. When we finally got our pizza, it was incorrect. We went back in and were told they had just given us a cheese Sicilian and would simply add pepperoni on top, which didn’t match what we ordered. I was so impressed with the staff at the Ogden Lucky Slice location. My husband and I took our three granddaughters there for dinner on Saturday night. There was a rush just after we walked in and placed our order. Once our order was delivered to our table, our four-year-old granddaughter tried to grab a slice and slid the entire pizza onto the floor. We knew it would have been at least a thirty minute wait to stand in line and order again.
