I arrived early evening (340 ish) for a much needed, Birthday catch up meal with my girlfriend. The waitress came out shortly after and said the pizza oven was not working so we would not be able to get our favorites and No happy hour accept chicken wings.... So because we didn't want to have to go anywhere, we ordered the hamburger and chicken tenders. Not a great burger (very greasy) and fries bland but its a pizza place. Shortly after we got our food she told us we needed to check out because she was leaving. We told her we needed someone to keep our drinks filled and we would tip them. She

We came here the other night and were very disappointed. My salad had a hair in it. My husbands cheeseburger had no cheese on it and was very rare. It was supposed to be medium well. These food that wasn’t ruined was good and the guy behind the bar was kind.

Came into Old Chicago last night during a super busy rush and Trayvon still gave amazing service the whole time. He kept checking on us, made sure everything was right, and somehow still had everybody laughing even while running around handling multiple tables. You can tell he genuinely enjoys people and wants customers to have a good experience. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at Old Chicago.
