The food was good. I had ordered donut bites and they were not in my bag. When I went in to let the employee know they were missing she tried to accuse me of lying, even with the whole bag of food and receipt sitting right there. Overall Taco John’s is good food but they need to work on some things.

I was really looking forward to a quick bite, but this experience was honestly pretty rough. The food was lukewarm at best, and it just didn't taste very fresh or flavorful. To make matters worse, the whole place seemed pretty messy, and I ended up waiting a long time just to get my basic order. It was definitely one of those stops I would prefer to skip next time.

The guy who took our order was great. Excellent customer service on his part. The food was absolutely terrible. Tacos were greasy and so nasty, chips were old, potato ole were sitting under heat lamp for probably a few hours. Has got to be some of the worst tacos we have eaten anywhere. I don't like being negative but this was absolutely horrible food. Will not go back. no way.

Taco John's been around for a while. I really do love their food when it's made properly. Today I have my feelings hurt because my taco salad really sucked and so did the person taking my order at the drive-thru! I told her I wanted some original packages of taco sauce and the green package of taco sauce for some reason she could not get that through her head. 🤷🏽🤷🏽🤷🏽 Taco John's always had really good food but today mine turned out very yucky and very cold. The meat was cold! I asked for extra sour cream and extra cheese and I didn't get it. Needless to say my taco salad went to the tras
