Loved that this great sushi/hibachi restaurant has added an All- You-Can-Eat (AYCE) sushi menu for those who prefer it like me. Honestly, the sashimi had fresh thick cuts and the rolls were absolutely yummy, plus they had sushi appetizers on the AYCE like tuna tartar, sushi pizza, and other fan favorites. I hope this AYCE doesn't get too popular too fast because I plan on eating here a lot more often. The sushi chefs are also very friendly and really know what they're doing. 10 out of 10 for me. Keep it up Ichiban!

Very average but friendly hibachi. Portions are generous but the seafood wasn't the best. Stick with the beef or poultry options instead. Private dining rooms are nice for small gatherings.

****DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU LOVE ROACHES IN YOUR FOOD!**** We’ve been here a ton of times. On 2/13 we went to have hibachi dinner. When I was eating my salad that I was sharing with my toddler, I looked down and noticed a cockroach in my food. We told the waitress and manager, they said sorry, and we left. Absolutely disgusting. If there’s one, there’s more. Eat at your own risk.

Ichiban was definitely an okay experience. The staff are very friendly but the food was okay at best. We got the chicken fried rice and teriyaki tofu, it tasted/looked very bland. The salad is also just lettuce.
