I ordered a cheesesteak with extra cheese, fried onions, salt, pepper and mayo. When I got home there was barely any cheese on the steak, let alone extra. The steak was chopped to death and it was so dry and flavorless! Dude forgot to ring up my chips after I tapped the bag to make sure he rang them up. When he realized he forgot, he suggested I pay another surcharge because I would have had to swipe again as I had no cash. Hated it! 0/10, do not recommend.

Would love to say whether the food was good or not, but I wouldn’t know. I ordered delivery, and was given the runaround for 2 hours before the order was cancelled without any notification other than me checking the tracker. They had changed the delivery time 6 different times, with each delay having a different delivery person and at least 20 minutes more than what was expected before.

Yesterday would count as my last and official time ordering from Papa Nick's. My family and I ordered 4 things over the phone for delivery at 10:56 PM (a large pizza, cheese fries, onion rings, and two Arizona teas). The wait time was said to between 16-18 minutes. Over an hour passed, we called back and the receptionist lady said that the delivery person was around the corner. The receptionist tone and attitude also wasn't the best as I spoke to her in a respectful manner both times I called. My food arrived at 12:12 AM, completely cold as if it were sitting for an extended period of time. Th

First of all I am so upset because I order from this place all the time but I am not understanding what is going on with tonight . I called at 7:33 to be exact to order a plain pizza and grilled chicken salad with ranch dressing. At 8:30 I called in and asked if it was on the way and the person told me it was. By 9:09 I called back again to see what was going on and that person told me that my order was never put in. So I said okay put it in now he said 20-30 mins but it did not come until 10:00. Why did I get a chicken with cheese pizza and a boiled egg with the shell on it in my salad. Not o
