Came here for lunch and had a great experience. The food was delicious and so fresh! We went with the build the bowls (chicken pincho annd pollo asado) and they were so good. The staff was also super helpful and nice. Definitely gonna come back to this location.

Can never go wrong with Pincho!!!! Me and my boyfriend’s weekly ritual and this location started it all. You can’t go wrong with ANY of the food!!!! Tried the new Smokehouse Stack burger and it was so amazing, had a nice smokey flavor and a sweet jam. Always have had great service, great food and it’s a guarantee we will be back :)

I used to love this location and always thought it was the best Pincho. I would often come at night with my son, and it was something we genuinely enjoyed. Unfortunately, the last few visits have been awful. It honestly feels like there has been a change in management, and not for the better. The wait times have been excessively long, the fries have been soggy and cold, almost as if they were sitting too long or refried, and the food overall tastes burnt. I went to Pincho Factory on bird on Mother’s Day. I had to post because I had the best experience. They gave roses to all the mothers as they ordered. The person that took my order was extremely patient and kind. I believe her name is Belkys. Honestly her positive attitude and inviting demeanor was so refreshing. The ladies working that day were all amazing. Thank you! I will be coming back 😊
