I bought a scone. It was very expensive. It wasn’t my cup of tea. And while I appreciate the availability of gluten free for the folks who need it I myself am not a fan as it falls flat both flavor and texture wise too often. I would recommend to display prices somewhere where it’s visible.

Love, love, love Olympia Baking Company!!! The owner, Willis, is friendly, helpful, generous with his time, and best of all an amazing pastry baker! I don't know how he makes the tastiest scones we've ever had, but he manages to make them Gluten-Free and sometimes even Vegan. His bakery is a dedicated GF facility...he also serves other items in addition to scones, you need to check out this jewel of a business!

Yummy, yum, yum! I stopped in yesterday, my first visit, and was surprised and pleased by the simplicity of this bakery: gourmet scones and biscuits to go. I ordered two of each scones options: lemon, Hawaiian, and vegan chocolate chip. All gluten-free and perfectly delicious. My husband favored the Hawaiian while I took a shine to the chocolate chip.
