I have no idea how the food is rated so well here. Look, I’m big on Texas BBQ. I’m always on the grill. Their service was pretty good and it’s a chill place to eat at. However, the brisket was dry and HARD. I even if I asked for the point, but they gave me a flat OR they cut the point in half. Pulled pork def needed seasoning. The Mac was bland and not sure what else we got bc we were there last month. Just remembered to review this now. Sorry, but you either need to smoke low and slow OR maybe rest it a little longer at the proper temps ofc.

Best prime rib in town! The atmosphere is warm and cozy, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and right on point. The sides were spot on, and the horseradish sauce is officially my new favorite. The prime rib portion was so generous I couldn’t even finish half—great value for the quality. I’ll definitely be coming back on Fridays for the prime rib and peach cobbler. Last week I tried the pulled pork pastrami, and I can honestly say it’s the best sandwich in town.
