Wow, genuinely one of my favorite coffee shops I’ve ever been to! I’m a flight attendant, and on layovers my favorite thing to do is try a local coffee shop. I picked Hardy Coffee Co yesterday evening, and I was not disappointed in the slightest! The barista who took my order was one of the kindest people ever, she helped me choose a bag of beans as a gift for my sister. Had a chance to check out this sweet cafe recently and it was a pretty nice experience. The desserts looked fresh and actually tasted as good as they looked, which isn't always the case. I ordered a slice of cake and an iced latte, and both were really enjoyable. The staff were friendly without being over the top, and the place had a cozy atmosphere that made it easy to relax for a bit. It did get a little busy while I was there, but service still moved along fine. I'd definitely come back to try some of the other treats on the menu.

Cute coffee shop in Omaha. I had the cinnamon roll latte (almond milk) with ube cold foam and chocolate chip scone - so good! I’m still thinking about how good it was. Their menu was so creative and their baked goods were delicious. And the atmosphere is everything you want it to be - open, bright and welcoming.
