This place is fantastic. The vibe, ambiance, food and service are all equally great caliber which lead to a well rounded and enjoyable time, not just a meal. It makes sense that the food ingredients also mirror that quality: everything is delicious, standing alone. The olives on the stuffed rabbit leg were the most delicious garnish. This is a wonderfully elegant experience in the heart of the Old Market. Our server was absolutely excellent (Olivia). She had superb answers to our questions and fantastic recommendations. The atmosphere is quiet enough to have easy conversation The drinks were all well made but I would say the Old Fashioned was my favorite. I grew up in Louisiana and have eaten in fine restaurants from New Orleans to San Francisco. I love to cook and frequently prefer my own meals to those at most restaurants. That being said, Le Bouillon is a standout! Everything was perfection from start to finish, even such details as the tableware. The service was great with attention to wine-tasting and selection. I was able to feel good about my food because it was all naturally sourced with special attention paid to fresh herbs. It is rare for me to rave about a restaurant. This one deserves every compliment and more.
