My husband and I were on the hunt for a new late night eatery on a Friday night and ended up here. Finding it was a bit of a chore thanks to the infamous street car construction mess, but we navigated through the dead end streets, chainlink, cones, and asphalt chunks -- and proceeded to be wow'd by this little bar. Service was blazing quick. Between our server (Zoe) and the other 2 staff on shift, we received our food in 15 minutes and were regularly checked in with. Food was well cooked, and the bread pudding was excellent. Only issue noted was that my order of house chips were slightly overcooked. Absolutely would recommend stopping in if you are in Omaha.

I was excited to visit Wilson and Washburn as it has history to the building with a nice rustic vibe. There was a good selection of drinks, with a gastropub menu. The French onion soup was ok, but didnt stand out. The charbuff wing flavor and dipping sauce was good but the meat was off. The fish and chips had a great presentation, but made a mess when the breading didnt stick and had unseasoned fish underneath. Fries were great, the coleslaw was one bite and discarded. Went here because our first choice had too long a wait, talk about things happening for a reason. This is a cool, old building with exposed brick walls. Full bar with a lot of great beers on tap. A good variety of food to choose from. I had the fish & chips that came with Cole slaw. The Cole slaw had cumin on it & it was tasty! Our server was easy going & friendly. This place was part of a great night out!
