Keslyn is the star example of customer service and always goes the extra mile to remember mine and my husband's drink order, and is always a bright spot to what may be an otherwise meh day. Gabby & Megan are amazing too, always the sweetest and great to talk to.

The drinks are always delicious but twice in as many days I’ve sat in line and ordered a large and received a medium. I also understand that they make a lot of their wage on tips but it would go a long way if you stopped ASKING for the tip and went back to handing the tablet over for the customer to decide instead of swiping the card and just saying “did you want to add a tip?” It just makes the customer feel obligated rather than actually wanting to leave the tip because the experience was enjoyable! I will still be visiting just not THIS location in the mornings!

This is by far the best Dutch Bros and coffee shop in town! Drinks are always good, but more than that, the staff is amazing!! Keslyn, Gabby, and the rest of the crew always do such a great job in greeting their customers by name, remembering what they drink!!
