1.17.26: I was craving pho on this freezing cold day and after looking up a few different places, I wanted to try Hot Pot & Pho and to see if I could catch robot Brian in action. When we walked in for lunch, we were greeted with a smile and sat immediately. Drink order was taken right away and I went with hot oolong tea to warm me up. Absolutely incredible. Went here with my husband last night for a date night and we enjoyed the entire experience, there was so much to love! We got the clear broth on one side and the hot and sour (3 spice) on the other side. Both broths were incredibly flavorful!! The veggies and meats were perfect, we got one beef, one chicken. Absolutely delicious meal with great service and reasonable pricing. We had the hot pot, one chicken and one seafood. The portions are well sized, not too big and not too small. BBQ pork buns were delectable, szichuan (sp?) dumplings were too! The staff was kind, helpful and quick. Can't recommend this place more.
