Bought 5 pizzas and wasnt notified until AFTER my purchase was made and I went to pick it up, that i recieved NO rewards for my order becuase I chose to give a cash tip when I picked up the order instead of putting it on my card with a minimum $5 "pre-tip" when i placed my order. Maybe domino's needs to pay their workers better rather than forcing people to tip a certain way to recieve rewards. They also managed to over cook a thin crust pizza that my daughter couldnt eat becuase it was so hard. Today was a fail domino's.

Removed my 1 star and put a 5 star because they finally hired someone (Cameron) who can do the delivery job properly with respect! My kids and I order pizza from dominos once a week for pizza night and for about a year the delivery driver would pound like a police officer on everyone’s door until you answered even though I put “DO NOT KNOCK” in the instructions. I called a few times and the issue wouldn’t resolve so I left a 1 star review and stopped ordering for awhile. Today we were really craving dominos, so I went ahead and ordered some pizza to make my kids happy.. I’m very impressed that

Ordered 4 pizzas today. 2 showed up correct, the other two (2 buffalo chicken pizzas) showed up as plain chicken with no buffalo sauce. I called to sort it out and was told. “It’s just too much of a hassle right now to figure out. We’re too busy, call back later” I won’t spend another dime here.

We ordered a Handmade Pan Pizza. The bottom crust was raw, actually white in color. We ordered mushrooms and half of it had none at all and only 6 pieces on the other half. We will never order another pizza from there unless they put the Detroit style square back.
