I LOVE the woman at the drive thru! She ALWAYS has a positive, upbeat attitude. Kind, polite, sings, just seems to love people and her job. Makes your experince there just a delight. I will continue going there just to experience service from her!!!

I was literally in the drive-through lane with only two cars in front of me and it took me almost 20 minutes terrible They said they had to wait on meat. The car in front of me paid for their order and sat there for 10 minutes and I’m assuming for the same reason. No apologies for the longer than what should be delays. Didn’t even say thank you when I paid or said goodbye. I will never be to this location again. This is the location on Main Street in downtown Toledo.

Ordered a double combo meal and it was hot and delicious! The burger was excellent! My food was hot and fresh! The drive thru employee was pleasant and friendly. I always get good service at this Wendy's.

Southside★

I went there today and they were out of ketchup, fries, bacon, honey mustard, chili and many other items. How is it possible to be out of ketchup. It was 3 pm. I felt terrible for the workers trying to explain this to customers. Obviously someone forgot to order supplied but couldn’t they buy bottles of ketchup from the store for the time being.
