Wow, this place is incredible!! The food is so good!! Birria quesadillas had so much flavor. The cheese on the out side was crispy perfection, and the Birria sauce was so yummy! The crispy chicken Sriracha quesadilla was also incredible!! The flavor just pops!! We had the boardwalk cookies for dessert, and honestly I would come back just for dessert!! They were sinfully good. Take me back to the jersey shore! The entire place just has a really cool vibe. It is an enjoyable atmosphere that makes you feel good about eating all this yummy food. If you’re looking for something a little different than your typical burrito place, give Bubbakoo’s Burritos in Orem a try. They have a great selection of Signature Creations, or you can build your own exactly how you want it. I went with one of the Signature Creations, the Crispy Chicken Bacon Sriracha Ranch Quesadilla, and it was amazing. Great flavor, crispy on the outside, packed with flavor and some heat. My wife decided to create her own and ordered a grilled chicken Chiwawa. If you’re wondering what a Chiwawa is, it’s Bubbakoo’s signature Mexican fusion item, a deep fried, panko crust

Clean space with plenty of easy parking and no wait. Staff members were friendly to my kids and so patient and kind. The food was awesome. The chihuahua was a really fun and unique way to do a rice bowl. Warning: the burritos are huge!

I had the birria crunch stack Tonight and it was good, but I would encourage is try doing a SWEET PORK to put on it. Because you have a savory cheese, an onion and corn and the pork that’s in it is all savory. But I fell it’s to savory because you savory cheese and onion and corn and the pork that’s in it is all savory. But a sweet pork would make it have a better flavor palette in my opinion so I would add that to the menu to customize and do the other things you guys make. So in others words a sweet and savory.
