Tried the new location in Plam Coast tonight, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. I had never tried this franchisee before but I have seen it around. I am not a chicken salad enthusiast but this chicken salad was great! I tried the Fancy Nancy scoops, I would highly recommend. Staff was amazing and very attentive, our food came out super quick. We came in right around close, 7:40ish tonight and service was great.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! they will mess up your order and give you chicken salad with nuts when you are deathly allergic to nuts!!! they will offer a remake WHY WOULD I WANT TO EAT THAT AGAIN. Just be aware and they show no remorse at all. so disappointing and will definitely never give them my business again!!!!

Food and atmosphere are a 10 but the service is 100! I placed a catering order with Olivia and picked it up from John. Both were so kind, so professional and very helpful. The best part was, when I told John how happy I was with their services, he gave all the credit to his wonderful staff and said it wouldnt be possible without them. I will continue to use them as much as I can for my office lunches simply bc of the outstanding customer service.

Went today for the first time and I was disappointed.. the chicken salad was so incredibly salty. We got the jalapeno Holly and the Maui mama and both were almost inedible. I had to mix in some of my grape salad to tone down the saltiness. I was hoping this was my new go to for quick service but unfortunately it's a one and done for me. The employees were friendly, courteous and helpful and the place was spotless. Too bad the actual chicken salad was so disappointing.
