We had a wonderful breakfast here. The food was well balanced and very flavorful. K had the brisket hash and I had the FunGuy bowl, the Truck sauce was fantastic. The meal came with a side choice, we picked the chic pea salad - unique, light, creamy and refreshing. The toasted pecan toping was a very nice touch. The owner let us sample the special for the day - cornbread pancakes with a creme brulee sauce - so good!
