We went to this Dunkin on July 4th around 11:45. I switched my drink order at the speaker because I realized the drink I originally ordered had caffeine. I’m 29 weeks pregnant and trying to avoid caffeine. I also ordered an everything bagel with plain cream cheese. They tried handing my husband the first drink I had ordered and tried to tell him it was the one I switched it to which was a coolata. They look completely different. We went to the Dunkin on Orchard Rd. Our students with special needs and our staff had an amazing experience at this Dunkin location. Sakef went above and beyond for us! We had pulled up to the drive through and said we had an online order, the young lady that was working drive thru sounded very rude when telling us to pull up. When we pulled up to the window no words were exchanged, she handed me our bag and I took it then drove away because we assumed that all of our food was together because she didn’t say a word. Got 10 donut holes, but only received 9. Ordered a latte that wasn't hot and definitely didn't have 2 shots of espresso. I got a chai latte with a shot of espresso, but mine for sure didn't have a shot it and was less chai syrup than usual. The last time I got filled donuts there was barely any filling... And that's not the first time. This place skimps on a lot of ingredients and I won't be going back.
