First of all if I had not asked for the ice cream sandwich I wouldn’t have gotten it. I was handed a bag with the hot food and I asked about the ice cream. 2 people acted like they didn’t even know what I was talking about. We get home and the burgers and buns are hard as bricks. And the cheese bites are burnt. None of us could eat the $30 worth of food. I don’t know what they have changed but it’s not what it used to be. Either overcooked or the cook doesn’t know what they are doing. We don’t live that far and the food was still hot when we got it home but it was not fresh. I don’t know when

The best food but not a lot of friendly people. There is one named Rogetta who is very friendly, welcoming, and smiling. I go here a lot and she is about the only friendly one there. Thank you for showing what real customer service should be. I go here sometimes several times a week because I absolutely love the food.

It's a generational landmark. The food is good, the people are nice, this is basically what a hamburger should be. People don't really understand, hamburgers are American street food. And this is what it's supposed to be like. It isn't supposed to be a steak, it isn't supposed to be 2 lbs. It's supposed to be this.
