Love food from cava but this location sucks! The staff is always rushing and the customer service is poor! Today I spent over 30$ on good just for them to serve me stale hard pita chips that most likely had been sitting all day! The lady who rang me up grabbed 2 orders of pita chips and another staff member literally told her to swap one out with some chips that had been sitting there. I told her if they weren't fresh I didn't want them....she reassured me that they were( them why swap them out?) only to get home and the pita chips are hard as a rock and I can hardly eat them. I walked Into cava, and I was immediately greeted The Customer service was remarkable. There was a worker named Sylvine Who help me choose my options for my bowl and the recommendations she gave me were amazing And another worker that stood out to me was Inayah She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable and I had ordered a bowl and pita chips.
