Their selection was very selective compared to other Dunkin's. The customer service wasn't the best. The drive through attendant was very short when asked for ice cream flavors. Although he made it up when giving me my food as I mentioned about his short answers and irritability. Im frequently at other dunkins for there numerous flavors of ice-cream so I'm familiar with the flavors. It was 9 at night so maybe he was tired. Having 31 flavors means 31 flavors. Alittle disappointed in the selections.

I had ordered Avocado Toast with Bacon and Sun-dried tomatoes. They no longer offer the tomatoes. And apparently, they no longer offer any bread as Toast! The 6 pieces of small bad hashbrowns, which don’t even begin to fill the bag, is insulting. This used to be our favorite place to go. Now it’s just become…. Silly. Nothing special about anything.

EVERY. SINGLE. ITEM. was wrong in my order and all the extras I paid for (xtra cheese, extra egg etc) were not included. It was ridiculously difficult to see a full menu- I was told they only had a full menu online not in store. Finally, I left the drive through and went inside and they did in fact have a menu on a smaller screen to self order, which I did. Complete waste of time and money as modifications (like to not include pork) don’t get honored even when you pay for them! Do not go here if you have allergies or dietary guidelines- DANGEROUS!!!!

This Dunkin’ seriously needs better management. The customer service is always lacking — staff act like they’d rather be anywhere else, and it shows in how they treat customers. On top of that, the drive-thru trash cans are constantly overflowing, which makes the place look dirty and unwelcoming. I come here often out of convenience, but it’s clear the cleanliness and customer experience aren’t a priority. Definitely disappointing for such a big brand.
