Monday at 8:18 pm on June 30th. I came to the location. I walked and got to the location to be refused service. TWO Dunkin associates refused to open the door and serve coffee before closing hours. The business hours clearly were on the door and took a picture. I've never seen a business turning away customers before closing time!!! Totally Unprofessional and disappointed!!! Red Run Blvd is full of corporate businesses, and coffee is very important. I ended up walking to Royal Farms across the street for my coffee!!!

Used to be one of my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts but the last three times I had issues with my food. Sunday the sandwich tasted like it was about a day old, bagel was cold and hard and the content inside was tasteless. The previous time my coffee was not sweetened even though the order said 3 pumps of caramel. The time before that I was missing a sandwich in my order. They did make that one up to me which is why I keep giving them more chances but it may honestly be my last time. There’s another DD not to far away.

On the morning of 10/3/2024, I went to Dunkin’ Donuts (receipt time stamped at 7:36 AM). I had a simple question about a blueberry bagel and brown sugar cold foam, only to be told those items weren’t available. I ended up ordering a small cold foam, five munchkins, and a bagel for my girlfriend. When I got to the window, I could clearly hear the person who took my order openly mocking my question and laughing with another employee. That level of unprofessionalism was shocking. This location fell off. Only a handful of the staff actually listen to orders. There seems to be a newer group of workers that need to be cross trained or fired entirely. Dont make excuses for poor customer service
