This is my first time ordering from Pizza Hut in a very long time. Last night we ordered delivery due to my car being in the shop, and we were very disappointed when we opened our boxes. The pan pizza was just a little thicker than a hand-tossed pizza. The New Yorker was terribly constructed and the sauce was dry. I'm still trying to figure out why it was cut into 14 uneven pieces. I don't know if they cooked it too long or what. When I called to talk to the manager she said I would have to bring the pizza back in. I explained I was without a vehicle and couldn't do that, which is why I order

I haven't ate Pizza Hut in forever and I never will again. I ordered a medium veggie pizza and I know frozen oven heated pizza when I taste it. The bottom crust of the pizza was soft and it was a very doughy pizza. The way the store is set up, there's no inside seating and you can't see the kitchen to know it the pizza was made fresh from scratch. Its not delivery, its Digiornos!!!

25 minutes ago, a girl who is the peak of rudeness helped me here. She told me she’d be back in a second — it’s been 25 minutes, and no one’s shown up. Do you think she’ll ever come back? Why do they hire people who clearly aren’t ready to work? she says she’s a supervisor. I waited 35 minutes for my pizza from DoorDash, and in the end she didn’t give it to me because she got upset about something. She thinks she’s not a pizza maker but the president. I really don’t understand how people like this can even work here. Her name is Early 😂😂😂😂😂
