I came multiple times to this location in the night time. Bilal and Ali they are very rude and nasty with us...they are not using gloves while preparing food and serving...this happen multiple times with us...we are neighbors over here...they are treating like we are slave. Manager or respected management need to take care of this matter...otherwise I will complain to the department of food.

My dog was getting groomed across the street with a turnaround time of 2 hours. As I wasn’t driving today, I came to the Dunkin to get a beverage and catch up on some work, pay my bills etc. First off, the location has heavy foot traffic between 12-2:00 PM. The parking lot which has 10 parking spots was full and a line started to back up with most customers grabbing their orders and leaving. The location is clean and well staffed. There are 3 tables which seats 10. Items look fresh and there were no flies in sight ( IYKYK). I tried the unsweetened almond coconut with a shot of espresso (hot)

Review for Dunkin’ – 9405 Rockaway Blvd, Jamaica, NY 11417 I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I asked to swap coffee for tea in their meal deal — something I’ve done many times at other Dunkin’ stores without any issue. However, the employee named Kastro refused to accommodate me, stating that “it’s not in the menu.” I explained that I can’t drink coffee due to stomach issues, but he showed zero empathy or interest in helping. His attitude felt rigid and unwelcoming. I’ve always appreciated the flexibility at other Dunkin’ locations, but here I was treated like a problem
