“Service was great and the food was alright”

Very bad experience during night hours. The staff working at night are extremely rude and disrespectful. They don’t know how to talk to customers and show no professionalism at all. I felt very uncomfortable with their attitude. McDonald’s should seriously improve their night shift service and train their staff properly.

Bad service! Came on 5/15 @ 2:45 pm. The girl with the glasses who was in register is sooo rude! She literally threw the ketchup packets at the lady. I watched her. She was mad because the lady said that the large fries doesn’t look large. The lady said no give it to me in my hand, she then picked up the ones she threw and then put it in the lady bag. So filthy. 2. I had to wait 12 mins for my Oreo McFlurry. It was people that was on line behind me got their food and left. Whole time the McFlurry was just sitting there!!!! Ridiculous! I told her I don’t want melted icecream if they can make

their foot qualities is very bad. Also, the staff are very rude . They don't have their customer. Also, they always ignore the customer if you order it online and you want to pick it up their behavior like you are nothing. they are trying to play with customer.. I will never come in this restaurant again.

This is the service I received a cut up chicken sandwich flat piece on 4 snack wraps. I also took the liberty and wrote to McDonalds myself and never received a response to this situation. Also have a video where the cookies were put in a microwave (my assumption) but the way the cookie was hard shows me to heat it they did that. Being a mommy you see your kids do this at home. This is not acceptable from any fast food service area.
