I have been coming to this Dunkin’ for about a year and a half because it’s the closest location to my home, and I order Dunkin’ almost every day, about six days a week. Placed my order online as soon as this location open. Thinking this will give them an hour or two. To complete my order IF needed. At the time i picked up my order, Then later checked. My hasbrowns are burnt and the dozen donuts not only it was the wrong order. All donuts are STALE! What is the point of placing an order early if they are giving out stale donuts?.

Okay I don’t know what the deal is, but they absolutely load the drinks with ice and it’s every damn time…. No other Dunkin in the area puts that much ice. I have literally tested it… Getting a large is literally what would be a small at Starbucks. So sad. Anytime I have to ask for “light ice” they tell me they can’t? Not a single other Dunkin so can someone tell me why that is? I really am not trying to sound whiny but seriously NO OTHER DUNKIN DOES THAT!!!
