Got coffee, asked for cappuccino, it was way away from cappuccino. Look at the photo... and it is sweet you cant drink it... Idk how to call it. Didn't go to change it only because of crowd and long line... Sandwich was good, but donuts so small and tastes like it was cookedyesterday. Stuff are too busy. Have to admit It's hard work for such busy place. See pictures.

order on a kiosk without all the menu items and available customizations is incredibly inconvenient and requires yelling back to the employees while they work for them to made changes. No fault to the employees, who seemed just as frustrated as us, but Dunkin needs to do a better job with their UX on their kiosks, and not implement them widespread in this format. Never before have I had an issue with a Dunkin kiosk before this

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Let’s begin with the fact I come everyday and use to work at dunkin. I know exactly how my coffee should taste. The MANAGER ARLEY refused to correct my coffee or even remake it. While the associate talked over him telling me he added extra in the coffee. I asked for a refund and they refused!

The worse ordering system in the history of mankind. I want a donut, but I have to use the kiosk to order. The kiosk doesn't have the donut I want (I can see it through the counter). I ask the worker, my donut is there what do I do? They say to just select any donut and checkout. I do that, they ask me which donuts I want, I tell them lol. Make it make sense.
