⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stopped by Charleys Cheesesteaks at 4855 Babcock St NE, Palm Bay, FL 32905, and it was a delicious surprise! 🌴🥩 The restaurant is clean, modern, and easy to spot from the road with plenty of parking and a convenient drive-thru. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak loaded with steak, grilled onions, peppers, mushrooms, melted cheese, lettuce, and tomato. The sandwich was packed with flavor, served hot, and the bread had the perfect texture. The fries were fresh and crispy, and the wings were juicy and cooked just right. Stop in and have to say not impressed. Yes they did a great job renovating the old Taco Bell. It clean inside and looks good. The young lady who took our order was not the most friendly for a front line employee. Once I placed my order had to wait for a manager to get my coupon applied. Got our food which took a little longer then expected because them seem to be focusing on the drive Thur instead of inside guest. The philly sandwich was just okay. So very dissaponted in this place and will never return. By far the worst experience ever. Spent $30 on 2 meals just to get home and be stabbed in the cheek by a chicken bone. Obviously I was not going to risk eating the rest. I wrote into the review website and did get a call immediately but that was as useful as getting a call about my extended warranty. I was told I would receive a refund by who I assume was the store owner. 2 weeks later and no refund. Had to contact my bank to get it taken care of.

Just ordered tonight through doordash. We were missing 4 items. Fries were cold, chicken fingers soggy and the quesadilla was burnt as the pic above shows. Haf to split meals up to make sure all parties got food to eat since were so many missing items. Spent around $80 dollars, was refunded by doordash for a couple of the missing items but the quality of what was received was horrible. After writing this i have to add this update , all food was actually thrown away due to the quality being so low.
