The food is always pretty good. The main problem is that generally speaking it takes longer than other pizza places to get your order. I can't remember the last time I called in an order and came in and it was ready for me to take out. The dining room is dated. I will say that it appears that they have begun to remodel and refresh. The staff is generally friendly and appears to know what they're doing. The store is usually pretty clean if you like the taste of Pizza Hut this would be a fine store to get your fix

Order was incorrect regarding the sauce on the pizza. Also compared to other pizza huts this one does give you the full dinner box. The first customer service agent at the store who answer phones was nice up until she realized I wasn’t happy with the quality. She then became very rude and trying to argue about my thoughts on the quality. So I asked for a manager who was very timid and shy like. She spoke so quietly as well. She told me there is nothing they are willing to do regarding the quality issues and the fact they’re misleading the portion sizes. Very disappointed

So my food is good except one issue. Pizza hut.... you REALLY think this is almost 5$ worth of fries. My kid ate it in 2 min. Do better.
