I have been fighting with them for over a month to get a refund for a cake they messed up. I never got what I ordered and had to call the location over 60x. NO one answered. I had to call another location to get them to contact the manager, who then called me and verified what I ordered was not in the cooler and was never made. He assured me they would give me a refund the next day when their bookkeeper came in, and said it would be in my bank by the weekend. I hadn't been to a baskin Robbins in years. The number of flavors has gone down since I was a kid, but there is still a wide variety and it was as delicious as I remember! The young man was very nice and did not skimp on the amount of icecream or toppings! Definitely not waiting so long to go back!

Why does it always appear that the employees hate me whenever I eve6r the building? You're selling things that brighten up people's day for goodness sake!! Lavish coffee drinks, donuts, ICE CREAM!!!! Be happy!!! Last time I felt like I wanted to kill myself after buying a few milkshakes from you guys 😂😂😂

I love the ice cream from this place, been a customer for about 10 yrs at this location. But i have to say something, drivethru doesn't fail you can buy 2 to 3 containers of prepackaged ice creams noooo bag. Today I just went through it ice cream dripping everywhere. I get out of the car to get a bag, they told me to wait. Then I asked another girl that was getting the trash, she said we'll be with you in a moment we're busy. I said politely I just need a bag for the ice cream. They looked bothered. The place was empty nobody in line just 3 cars at the drive thru which one of them was mine
