Miss Wells★★★★The food was fresh and very tasty. I had the chicken suizas enchiladas plate along with a fish taco and a large cadillac margarita. They supplied a basket of tortilla chips and a nice chunky salsa which is not spicy. That Cadillac margarita was STRONG...like I like it!! You won't be disappointed. The service was fast and friendly and it was a fun and festive atmosphere. There was a live band playing a variety of Top 40 music and people were dancing. I reallyfo NOT like the food st the large PS location at all. Not the small original one on north Palm Canyon. Food is quite good here in Palm Desert. I give it a solid 8.7 out of 10. The live music here is really good from The FM Experience band. Good cocktails.

But what makes this treasure stand out is the live music on the patio. It's a joy to hear local musicians and watch kids and even some adults let loose. MrDrums★★★★My wife and I have been visiting Casuelas Cafe for over 20 years. Their most recent remodel including lots of outdoor seating and a performance stage has only made the location better. Our most recent visit was perfect timing to catch the live music while dining Al fresco. The atmosphere was FUN, our server was excellent and friendly. My only complaint is that the Spanish rice, which we look forward to every time we come was very salty and tasted burnt.
