We were in Palm Desert and kept seeing these Del Tacos. After a long day at Joshua Tree National Park we needed a snack so we came to it as it was next to our hotel. Nothing fancy, could use a tidy up, but friendly staff and helpful. I had a carne burrito and my spouse had fish tacos which were in sale 3 for 7 bucks. The portions were good, and my spouse wanted me to mention that the tacos were not just amazing they came with a fresh lime wedge. Would go back. $

-0 I was given the wrong meal and went back to the restaurant. Spoke with Reyes in the restaurant would accommodate me. I had called and spoke with a case and Jose they said they would know it. Maria store manager said if I order online have to get it fixed online. My ticked had the correct order and it was not made correctly with being charges for extras. I am Very upset!

Thursday afternoons have turned into a bit of a ritual for me: hitting different Del Taco spots during their weekly special. From 3 PM to 11 PM, you’re supposed to score 3 chicken tacos for $4.99. I’ve done it plenty of times, and it usually works just fine. Today, at 3:17 PM, I pulled up, ordered the exact deal that was printed right on the door, and expected to pay five bucks plus tax. I regret coming here — and I don’t recommend it to anyone. I don’t even know where to begin, so let me just break down why this place dropped to 1 star in my book: 1. Disgustingly dirty. Both the dining area and the restroom were in terrible condition, and the kitchen didn’t look any better. Open sauce bottles sitting on tables, potatoes scattered on the kitchen floor, the drink station completely sticky and messy, trash left everywhere.
