I’m honestly very disappointed with my experience at this location today. I’m a regular customer who comes here multiple times a week, and this visit felt extremely unprofessional and frustrating. I asked for my drink with no ice—something that should be a simple customization and which is a simple request I’ve never had an issue with elsewhere. The whole point of going to places like this is being able to order your drink the way you prefer it. Instead, I was told flat-out that they “can’t do that.” That alone felt unreasonable and not customer-focused. What made it worse is that the manage

Came here bc it was on my way to my destination. No one else was in the store with me and it took 8 min just to get 2 small coffees. There are 4 employees present. Not to mention the fact that the cashier was taping away on her phone the whole time she took my order. What a mess

Ordered a ham and cheese croissant, everything was good until I bit through plastic that was inside the croissant. This is actually the second time I’ve had this happened but from a different location. I was actually chocking on the plastic.

Me and my friend walked in expecting to spend maybe 10-12 dollars walked out spending almost 20. Why- because the lady who was checking us out got our order wrong. she doubled up on one of our drinks i politely asked how it was 18 dollars and she looked up and pushed the receipt up on the counter with much attitude. she acted like she had much better to do and didn’t want to deal with us. turns out she doubled up our drinks which i only asked for one.
