Ping Pang Pong delivers real authentic dim sum in Vegas, and I really enjoyed it. The restaurant brings that classic experience with traditional carts rolling around serving fresh dim sum right to your table. The shumai and shrimp dumplings were decent and hit the spot. Portions and quality felt very good for the price — definitely not expensive by Vegas standards. Overall, it offers excellent value and a fun, traditional dim sum vibe.
