Absolutely great breakfast/brunch cafe. It was clean, lots of space between tables, and the staff were excellent. The food was delicious, the steak and eggs were cooked to perfection just as we ordered. Eggs were silky, perfect for my daughter and the steak was grilled perfectly on the outside with the inside nice and juicy. I heard the crunch French toast was delicious as well, but it looked too sweet for my liking so I cannot confirm or deny. I would have breakfast/brunch here again, definitely a go-to from now on when we stay at the Mandalay Bay.

Finished at a work trip with a breakfast at Seabreeze Café. Traditional, American breakfast decent portion sizes and a nice view of the pool. Service was very attentive and everything came out well made. I can definitely see this place being a hit with large families as it was more suited for larger groups, and a simpler menu that would appease well with kids.

The Seabreeze used to be one of our favorite spots. Sadly, the last couple of trips, it seems to have gone downhill. After this last trip, I don't think we'll be going back anytime soon. The place does have a really nice atmosphere and the staff are always super friendly, but the wait for food seems to have gotten longer and longer. This trip my Croque Madame was cold, and it was mostly thick bread, with one small slice of ham in between. Cost $25. I really couldn't eat much of it at all.
