This Starbucks is conveniently located inside the Excalibur, right near the BetMGM sportsbook and heading towards the bus pick-up area. Be prepared: this is easily one of the busiest Starbucks in Vegas, especially during the morning rush! Pro-tip: Definitely pre-order your drink using the Starbucks app. It's a lifesaver and lets you walk right up and grab your coffee without waiting in the massive queue. Ordered a White Mocha and a Mango Strawberry refresher and had to wait over 30 minutes. Completely backed up and slow telling customers to, "just wait" for their orders. Originally, we wanted to just order online and skip the long lines, but no online was available. Now, we can see why! Not only waiting in line for 10-15 minutes but waiting an additional 35 minutes when the people ahead of us already received their orders. We placed our order at 11:42 and got the drinks at 12:17. It's Starbucks. There's only like 2-3 coffee shops in Excalibur. This is the "biggest" one. It's ridiculously busy in the mornings. Especially because it's still not a full sized Starbucks. The people working there probably need a raise. They are constantly moving trying to keep up with demand. I think I waited 20-25 minutes to get through the line but half that to actually get my order. I can't really blame the baristas for this, most of the orders in front of me where huge. I think they should just expand this Starbucks. Or honestly Excalibur should add in some competition. Because those oth

Charged me a dollar for hot water per glass. Another option they gave me is to purchase something. I understand it's a courtesy thing to buy something to get something for free, but it should not be forced. I'm a big fan of cortado, but this store couldn't even make a good cortado.
