I ordered through the website.. once I received my order after waiting 10 minutes, my smoothie was so watery… I had them remake it, but it took them over 20 minutes to even acknowledge me and fix it. Terrible customer service & I got it all on video for the corporate office to review. Honestly you’re better off going to Smoothie King or to a different location. The coworkers here don’t care about their jobs and how they treat customers. The service I received was so bad, I lost my appetite and could not finish my meal.

I want to give a special shout-out to Rayshawn at Tropical Smoothie. Today was his first day, and he absolutely knocked it out of the park. I've been coming to Tropical Smoothie for a long time, and I can honestly say my smoothie was made perfectly. It tasted fresh, was made exactly right, and you could tell he took pride in what he was doing. Great customer service and a great attitude go a long way, and Rayshawn delivered both. For it being his first day, he did an outstanding job. Keep up the great work, young man. Your effort, professionalism, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed

I came in on Saturday morning. Very nice lady named makalya was running the store . She was very kind in all ways . She made my smoothie and food very delicious. And also just her communication was a vibe . Such a bright young lady. VERY impressed 👏 I usually come at night but the management at night is very disrespectful!!! The white girl with the blue shoes on needs to be trained by makalya maybe she'll learn how act professionally.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Came in Monday morning and was serviced by a beautiful spirited young lady named DeeDee. She was very nice and made sure I had my whole order! She definitely should be promoted higher up!! Possibly even train some people with their attitude approach because some of the young bucks at this location have an extremely ugly attitude like the girl with the blue shoes not sure of her name due to no name tag ever being worn.. Smoothies and food were amazing! Thanks to DeeDee you guys have a guaranteed daily customer! 🙂
