Had a great experience at IHOP in Paramount! Our server, Felix, provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. He had a great attitude and made us feel welcome. I had never been treated so badly... terrible service, the waitress her name is KARLA C from the moment we entered received us with a bad face and when we spoke to her in Spanish she behaved super rude, I asked her to be served by another waiter and she said that she was alone, that there were no more waiters.. we ordered the plate of (sirloin steak) and she did not ask us what term we wanted, I ordered quesadilla and now that I look at the bill It says I asked for the avocado to be removed and the sauce and I never did nor was asked!!
