Its fast food, taste good, alitttle too greasy, but that's what make it fast. I live their self serve soda machine with dozens of options. They were out of some flavors and ice was not available at the machine. Had to get some from the staff from the machine inside the work area.

Very bad experience, it took almost 45 minutes just to get my food out when i only ordered 3 items. Fast food, but more like slow food. Very disappointing and hope they don't continue like this. It's unacceptable behavior.

I asked for well done & the chicken was so pink, under cooked & chewy They always rush cook the bowls My wife’s fajita bowl was missing cheese & my teriyaki bowl had no sauce and I was threatened to ask for more sauce ahead of time Extremely long wait time and when when I pay with EBT sometimes they charge me tax and sometimes they don’t I guess the California law changes everyday depending on who knows how to work the EBT machine By far the worst Jack in the box I ever been to Go to other locations like the one on south st & Lakewood

I had my son stop off and get me two chicken sandwiches at 12 AM and when I opened them up, they were hard as a rock. I don’t recommend this Jack in the box. They are horrible.
