It’s nice to find an old fashioned sit down Chinese restaurant. A very extensive Chinese/ Japanese/ hibachi menu. We had the Chinese lunch specials. Large assortment and a large portion. Portions were all fresh and presented well. Service a bit slow but server was extremely pleasant. They also have sushi. Saw a ton of takeout orders going. I’ll be back.

You're looking for an authentic feeling Asian restaurant. I loved the empire Hunan restaurant. Growing up with a half Asian extended family meant that you went to several different kinds of authentic restaurants and this restaurant had that same feeling. They have an extended menu with sushi and regular entrees. Everything came out hot and fresh so one of the best Chinese restaurants I have been to in a long time.

Been coming to this place since it was at the old location in the Shop Rite Parking lot in Rochelle Park. Place appears to be under new management and the food is similar. Had the hot and sour soup here and it arrived warm- not hot. Food is ok and they have a Sushi Bar here as well. Place is clean and a SMALL parking lot is located out front. Can get busy here.

Very delicious Chinese food! The portions here are very big and filling and great prices. We started off with scallion pancakes and these were by far my favorite! For our entrees we had the sesame chicken which was also good and the chicken lo mein. The chicken in the lo mein wasn’t my favorite. Overall I would come back to try other items out.
